2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern all sales concluded between FREEJUMPSYSTEM and any person making a purchase through the Website.
Any order placed on the Website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
FREEJUMPSYSTEM reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in force at the date of the order.
3. PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale are those displayed on the Website at the time of consultation by the User, subject to product availability.
The essential characteristics of each product are described on the corresponding product pages.
Photographs and visuals displayed on the Website are provided for illustrative purposes only and cannot guarantee a perfectly accurate representation of colors, materials, or finishes.
FREEJUMPSYSTEM reserves the right to modify the product selection available on the Website at any time.
4. ORDERS
To place an order on the Website, the User must:
* be at least 18 years old or have parental authorization;
* have the legal capacity to enter into contracts;
* create a personal account with a valid email address and confidential password.
The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities carried out through their account.
Orders are placed according to the following process:
1. Product selection and addition to cart;
2. Cart review;
3. Validation of shipping and billing information;
4. Payment confirmation.
The sale shall only be considered final after confirmation of the order by FREEJUMPSYSTEM and validation of payment.
FREEJUMPSYSTEM reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of:

* previous disputes with the Customer;
* suspected fraud;
* obvious pricing errors.
The data recorded by FREEJUMPSYSTEM constitutes proof of the transactions carried out.
5. PRICES
Prices displayed on the Website are indicated in euros (€), including all applicable taxes, excluding shipping costs.
Applicable shipping costs are indicated before final validation of the order.
FREEJUMPSYSTEM reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the rates in force at the time the order is placed.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes, or import fees may be required by the authorities of the destination country. These charges remain the sole responsibility of the Customer.
6. PAYMENT
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Payments may be made using:
* credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.);
* PayPal;
* Alma (payment in 2 or 3 installments free of charge).
Transactions are secured through certified payment platforms.
FREEJUMPSYSTEM does not store any banking information.
In the event of payment refusal by the banking institution, the order will automatically be cancelled.
7. DELIVERY
Orders are prepared and shipped as quickly as possible, subject to product availability.
Delivery times indicated on the Website are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on destination and carrier.
FREEJUMPSYSTEM shall not be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier, force majeure events, or any circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Risk transfer occurs when the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer, physically takes possession of the products.
The Customer is required to inspect the package and products upon delivery and report any issue as soon as possible.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
In accordance with applicable legal provisions, the Customer has fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide any reason.

Products must be returned:
* in their original condition;
* unused;
* complete;
* in their original packaging;
* accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Customer unless otherwise required by law.
Refunds will be processed within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the returned products or proof of shipment.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, certain products cannot be returned for hygiene or customization reasons.
Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged.
9. WARRANTIES
Products sold by FREEJUMPSYSTEM benefit from:
* the legal warranty of conformity;
* the legal warranty against hidden defects in accordance with applicable laws.
FREEJUMPSYSTEM provides a 2-year European warranty against product defects, or a warranty period as stipulated by the applicable local law of the country in which the purchase took place, whichever is longer.
Any warranty claim must include:
* a description of the issue encountered;
* photographs if necessary;
* proof of purchase.
After examination of the product, FREEJUMPSYSTEM may, at its discretion:
* repair the product;
* replace the product;
* refund the product if no other solution is possible.
The warranty does not cover:
* normal wear and tear;
* damage resulting from improper use;
* unauthorized modifications or repairs;
* failure to follow usage and maintenance instructions;
* damage resulting from accidents, falls, or inappropriate use.

10. PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY
The Customer acknowledges having read and understood the technical specifications and usage instructions relating to the products.
FREEJUMPSYSTEM products must be used in accordance with:
* their intended purpose;
* the instructions provided;
* applicable safety rules.
Protective and safety equipment sold by FREEJUMPSYSTEM helps reduce certain risks associated with equestrian activities but does not guarantee the absence of injury in the event of a fall, impact, or accident.
The Customer agrees to:
* regularly inspect products before use;
* replace any product showing signs of wear or damage;
* refrain from modifying products.
Any improper use releases FREEJUMPSYSTEM from liability.
11. LIABILITY
FREEJUMPSYSTEM shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, immaterial, or consequential damages arising from the use of the products or the Website.
In all cases, FREEJUMPSYSTEM’s liability shall be limited to the amount of the relevant order.
FREEJUMPSYSTEM shall not be held liable for damages resulting from:
* improper use of products;
* lack of maintenance;
* use contrary to recommendations;
* combined use with incompatible equipment.
12. FORCE MAJEURE
FREEJUMPSYSTEM shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations in the event of force majeure or any event beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

* supply shortages.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

These Terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute and failing amicable resolution, French courts shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory legal provisions protecting consumers.
